Culinary producer, food stylist, recipe developer, Chef Monica Hutchinson is a gastronomic Macgyver of sorts.  Initially based out of New York, Monica has styled food for the likes of Bobby Flay, Emeril Lagasse and Martha Stewart. As a former line cook, Monica had the opportunity to mentor under the illustrious Chef Giuseppe Tentori, Executive Chef at Michelin star restaurant BOKA. While producing dishes for the Top Chef All-Stars finale in The Bahamas, she fell in love with the islands and decided to stay. This latest chapter in her life is devoted to bringing the full flavours of The Bahamas to life at Lukka Kairi.
